Job Description

Accountable for achieving daily and monthly production targets as per the plan.

Efficient handling of production shifts, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Responsible for reducing the consumables through effective monitoring and control.

Preparation and maintenance of daily production reports and related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

Manpower handling, including planning, deployment, and ensuring optimum workforce utilization.

Coordination with cross-functional teams (such as Quality, Maintenance, and Planning) to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Ensuring adherence to defined quality standards and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Qualification-
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Must have knowledge of CRCA, HROP (CRS and CTL line / 6 Hi, 4 Hi & 2 Hi)
